Entertainment Project Retouched
The story behind this is a samus/resident-evil like game. The main character, Eric, is on a boat conducting experiments on subjects, something goes wrong and he wakes up on an island with a mutated arm and has some memory loss.
Never before seen creatures have been attacking the locals.
Throughout the game he discovers his arm is special. It mutates into weapons/limbs of things he has killed.
